1. Print Out the 2 Page Application Form and the W9 IRS form in the How to Join section.
2. Type or Print your friend/sponsor’s ID # on the Application. If you don’t have it just call us later with it. We can change it. If you have to make a change, give us a call within 36 hours. Choose United States. We only are available in the United States and Canada right now.
3. Fill in your address, phone etc. We need all the info because you will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year. WE ARE A SECURE COMPANY. If you have doubts take the credit protection service available in the Links Section labeled Free Credit Report.
4. Select to purchase the Distributor Kit. $39.99 will be debited from your credit card right then.
5. Also purchase the Auto Ship there are 4 to choose from. Your card will be debited in 30 days for your Auto Ship. You can change your Auto Ship from one to the other whenever you want a different product like the light bulb etc. The cheapest is $35.00 per month.
Also, don’t forget to download the W9 IRS form fill it out and send it in with your application.
